If you plan to go, BETTER THINK a million times first!! This is by far the MOST HORRIBLE tour I ever had in lifeWhen my friends and I inquired, we were told that the maximum number of people in a hotel room they offer were Excitedly, we invited a fifth person to come with us and she paid the same price as we all did!! We all expected that she'd get a roll away bed upon check in since the agent who received our payment knew we will be in the roomAs we arrived at the hotel on the first night, we were told by the front desk that they were not informed of this arrangement having people in the room, and so we went to our tour guide's room and his name was ANDREW and we told him that our fifth friend has nowhere to sleep! He then said "well that not my problem anymore, it's your problem!!!" We explained to him that we all paid the same price and yet why does one of us has to suffer and sleep on the floor? He was very unhelpful and looked unconcerned! We explained to him that the agent named Amy even assured us of a bed for the fifth personSo I started to get upset and demanded that he must call their office for this unprofessionalism!! [redacted] He then calmed down and offered to request a roll away bed on the first night and will talk to the front desk, we thanked him eventhough he treated us rudelyThe second night, we didn't managed to demand for a roll away bed for our fifth companion anymore because obviously he was standing by his decision that it's no longer his problem again and said "I am tired I want to rest tonight!!" And also we didnt want to cause a scene infront of other tourists too! But for this Andrew, how can you be so inconsiderate to let the fifth PAID customer sleep on the floor when you are aware the management you work for was at fault of this situation? The third night was the same...fifth person suffered sleeping on the floor and it didnt mattered to him, never even asked nor made effort to apologize about their agent's mistakeWhat makes us all mad is the fact that ...First, we were never informed at all that if a fifth person was to come along, he/ she will be responsible for paying additional to get a roll away bed!!! Given the chance that we were informed about this set up in advance before the trip, we would know what to expectPlus this tour guide Andrew kept selling different things along the way instead of discussing the attractions - it was as if the bus was a market place of beef jerkies, acai berries, etc!!! I am never going to travel with OKTOUR again! It was truly a waste of money!!! Everybody was always force to be in a hurry, because he kept giving us only 10minutes to enjoy the scenic views and at the same time rush off to do bladder break..It's just a terror thing to look back to! Though we were blessed with good fellow tourist, it would have been a memorable one if only ANDREW handled our serious concerns professionally and compassionatelyHe made us all feel like its only his day job, but his heart was not with what he does for a living! And that my friend, is so sadNot worth recommending

If I could give negative stars, I would give that to OK Tour OK Tour is the WORST TRAVEL AGENCY I've ever dealt with anywhere in the world - and especially to anyone of Korean descent, whether you're visiting from Korea, or you're Korean-American or Korean-CanadianThey are the absolute opposite of their namesake - they are completely "NOT OK TOUR"!!!! If you read this review, I recommend in the STRONGEST possible terms - do NOT do any business with OK Tour You will not only regret the money you will end up wasting with them, but worst of all, you will come away with the utter and amazing disgust, disbelief, disappointment, distaste, disillusionment, and ultimately sadness [redacted] and have had the good fortune of traveling to some of the best tourist destinations in Europe, Asia, and USIn April 2018, I took my 80-year-old mother who was visiting from Seoul on a package bus tour of the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver and Victoria I paid for the tour via a Korean tour broker agency based in Lynnwood, WA called [redacted] I usually don't use Korean travel agencies for my vacations, but in this case, because my mother can't speak English, I decided to make an exception and chose to work through this local agency Top Travel didn't notify me ahead of time, and so I had no idea that they were a broker, and that my mom and I would be handed off to a Canadian-based Korean travel agency I had no idea, whatsoever, who or what OK Tour was [redacted] At every possible tour visit, the tour guide pressured us into giving "tips" - a nickel-and-diming tactic they forced upon us for the entire trip And it wasn't like $here and there, it was more like $ They preyed on our sense of Korean group politeness and etiquette They used pretenses like a helicopter tour to get us to sit and listen to and hour of useless and worthless commercials about some type of berries Then on the final day of the tour, our bus ride back from the Canadian Rockies to Seattle was interrupted in Vancouver for SIX HOURS, just so that they could make me and my utterly tired 80-year-old mom wait for another tour group who had not yet arrived in Vancouver This was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for us And they offered no apologies, no services, and no compensation for us By the time we got home to Seattle, it was 11pm This was the WORST ending to our nightmare of a tour with OK Tour - and I hope no other Korean will ever have to deal this with type of disrespectful, shameful, and unethical behavior while visiting the US or Canada

We paid for my father in laws rocky mountain tour while he was visiting On the second last day we found out that they just dropped him in a random motel in *** bc They also did not provide food (as they stated in the schedule that they would) We then called the business multiple times to ask why this happened and to get him on a bus home rather then waste a day of his short holiday with us Once we contacted the manager he yelled at my wife and hung up In sort they do not provide the service they say they do(what we paid for) and are terrible at any customer relations
