Review: On Monday April 18, 2015, I went to this hair salon to have spring twist put in my hair. They did a terrible job in the back of my head. There were two different people doing my hair and my hair was sloppily done by both people. I gave them $211 do do my hair. My style was $180 and my weave was $30. When I got home and had a friend look at my hair she took pictures so that I could see the back and I was not happy. I called the shop and went back that Wednesday for them to fix it. I sat in the shop for an hour for them to tell me they couldn't fix it and to come back later. That Friday I went back for a refund. My hair was sliding out of my head and my twist were unreveling. First, they sat there and spoke in French to each other and stared at me. I believe the were talking about me because they spoke partial English. Next, they only refunded me the $180 for the style because they said they needed the $30 dollars because they were not paid because I wanted a refund. In order to get a refund I had to let them undo my hair. While doing so, they cut my natural hair and pulled patches of my hair out of my head. My natural hair is so damaged that I can no longer wear my natural look without any hair extensions.Desired Settlement: First I would like my $30 dollars that they refused to give me for the weave they took out of my hair. I would also like $250 to compensate the money I had to spend getting my hair done over again since the damaged my hair so much.
