Worst communication ever
I bought a couple t-shirt as a Christmas gift for my fam. The sizing was off so I wanted to exchange them. When I emailed customer service they gave me the directions to return and ask that I reach out before sending to confirm the new sizes I wanted. I got the package ready to ship and emailed them but of course, no responce. I was hitting my 30 return window so I shipped anyways and emailed again. still no response. It’s now been two weeks since I paid $20+ dollars to send back $50 dollars worth of t-shirt and still nothing. I’ve once again emailed them and what do you know… NO REPLY. As another reviewer mentioned, Okay Player has no phone number so this is the only means of communication. Here’s the worst part, this is my second run at buying from them. The first time I just wrote off the items as a loss cause they would communicate then either. I would never give a cent to them ever again and will be sure to share my experience with anyone who is interested in their products.

Worst SHIPPING EVER!!!
I ordered a sweatshirt and Hoodie in early November and paid for express shipping. It is now dawning on December and not only have I not gotten my clothes, they have not even shipped. I've reached out several times to customer service and no one has returned any of my emails. This is a complete scam, why offer express shipping when you will not honor when a person pays for it.

No shirts, no customer service!!! Frustrating!!!!
Ordered 6 shirts from OKPlayer, they debit my account for all 6 plus almost $20 in s&h AND something called “Peace of Mind Protection” for another $4…I’m in for close to $200. They delivered just one of the 6 shirts while their website shows they all went out together. Again 1 shirt arrived in a package of one shirt, not tampered with! Now they will not answer any of my inquiries…No updates, no empathy, no status….just nothing! Almost a total Scam…but they did send one I guess…

Review: I placed an order on the company's website for an item. On the company's website, they say that the item was fulfilled, but it has been fulfilled. I have tried numerous times to conact the website, but they have failed multiple times to reply in their gaurunteed 24-48 hour window. I just want them to contact me to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I purchased to be delivered.

Review: On November **, 2013 I purchased a Roots holiday sweater from Okayplayer. On December **, 2013 I saw through the tracking it was delivered that day and left on the porch by UPS, however I never received my purchase. I called the same day to UPS and reported the issue. I also contacted Okayplayer. I created a police report and gave it to both companies. Each company said that they would investigate the situation. On December **, 2013 I was assured via email by a representative from Okayplayer that I would receive a new sweater. UPS contacted me to let me know when they finished their investigation saying that they would be paying back the company for the lost/stolen item. I have emailed Okayplayer multiple times since trying to speak to someone because I have still not received my purchase or a refund. While I was on the phone with UPS they called Okayplayer to ask if I could receive their number and speak to them directly and they declined. Fifty dollars may not be a lot to some people, but for me it was since I was on short term disability with a high risk pregnancy being put on bed rest. This was the only gift I bought for my husband for Christmas out of convenience of ordering it online. All I would like is what I am owed.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with either a refund or replacement sweater.

Review: About three weeks ago I ordered a shirt from okayplayer's online store. The exact date was April *. I never received my order even through they charged me $40.81 for the shirt plus shipping and handling. I have sent them three different emails telling them I never received my order; one on April **, another on April **, and the last one on April **. It says on their website that someone will rely to an email within 24-48 hours, and so far I have not received a email back from anyone. I would try to call them, but they don't a phone number listed. The shirt I ordered is now sold out, so at this point all I want is my money back.Desired Settlement: I would just like the $40.81 that they charged me put back on my card.
