They score hands differently depending on who you are
My team made a bid of 3 and made it - director zeroed out our score. Other teams bid the same thing and were scored 7.67 points. This unfair ruling caused us to be eliminated from a tournament and we lost 1.50 masterpoints. This place is very unfair and the directors play favorites. Save your money and go to bridgebase or swan.

Tech Support non-existant
I have been a member for a long time. This site is awful. Constant tech problems. Get knocked off, locked out, and never get a response from tech support. I play on two other sites with very few problems and they have responsive tech support. They need an update of their software in the worst way. Way too many problems, especially when you are paying to play.

Don't send money...
I took the trial and, after 24 hours and several unsuccessful attempts to join a table, I cancelled. My credit card was charged nonetheless for the $99.
I tried to contact the company by mail, email and phone on multiple occasions but they must have fired all the employees. I was never able to reach someone or get a response.

I filed a BBB complaint and they didn't respond to that either.

Finally, my credit card, after attempting to contact them and never being to reach anybody either, refunded me.
It took almost three months and a lot of work to get my money back.
On BBO, people are extremely rude and have generally no idea of what they are doing, but it's mostly free for casual play.
I strongly discourage anyone from sending money to these people.

Tech Support non-existant
Several e-mails to tech support, which is a sham, go unanswered. Cannot get the profile information that is necessary to determine if the player is going to be seated or not. Others having the same problem and have also contacted the number for tech support to no avail. I have been a member since for over 20 years and am about to bail out. They have yet to deal with the server problems that disconnect players.

BBO is head a shoulders above this operation.

Same thing as other complaints. I signed on for a trial but 3 days later I opted out Tried to phone but not answered. Instead got message to go to their help. I did that and e-mailed 5 times. No luck at all getting contact. Since then they have been charging my card every month. My credit card company has been refunding the charges to me. I hated to cancel my card because of all the recurring charges I have with companies but today I cancelled my card.

same experience as the others. Member for years-one day server is unavailable shortly after renewing and no contact by e-mail, message or phone is returned. I presume they are going out of business.I have a #1 friendliness rating and was quite active in tournaments placing in the top 20 for the last several months of 2017. Shocking ineptitude on their part to not respond. Would advise all to stay away.

Have let my membership to both OKBridge and OKBridge Tourney lapse. I have tried to contact someone to take care of this. Sent 2 e-mails to [email protected] (was told the address is presently not available), have sent 2 e-mails to [email protected] and have had no response and have called this number (888-652-7434) and have left 2 messages that I need help on this but even that has not worked. Why can I not reach someone?

I forgot to renew my OKBridge membership and OKBridge tourney membership so I was unable to log onto the tourney last evening. Since then I have tried to reach OKBridge to renew my membership so I can continue to play but nothing works. Two e-mails to help@okbridge were returned due to maintenance on the site (?) and two e-mails to register@okbridge have not been answered plus three phone calls to the OKBridge number (888-652-7434) with messages and contact numbers to reach me have been unanswered. What is going on? They do not seem to care - surely they have someone available to take calls or answer e-mails. I am very upset about this lack of customer care! My OKBridge logon username is Dawgs, my e-mail is [email protected] and my phone number is 618-561-0261 in case anyone reads this.

Review: I have been a member of okbridge for years,this year my renewal came up I paid 99 dollars on my visa,within a week website issues prevented me from logging on.Numerous emails unanswre phone calls, I decided to trminate my membership in late January. My renewal date was Jan 16,2015. I notified Okbridge numerous times, I filled out an exit survey stating software inoompatibility.They responded saying sorry etc. and I would get my refund and I have received nothing. I am getting pretty impatient since they lockout your account on the exact renewal date, yet I have to wait months for refund, Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I really jut want my 99 dollars as promised in their membership policy, something is up here and I think they need some stricter oversight

Review: I updated my credit card info on Ok Bridge and they apparently billed me at that time for renewal for the year which was 148. Then I saw on my personal site from OKBridge that I needed to renew so I renewed in the separate amounts of 99. (for the site) and 49. (for the tournaments). This comes to 148. So I was charged twice. I have attempted to resolve with OKBridge and they tell me to just dispute it with my credit card company. Why can't they just credit me. They know it was an error and they just need to credit me. While I am filing this complaint I would also like to say that they say they have a no tolerance policy on their site but I have submitted complaints for abusive language and they do nothing about it. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Credit my account for 148. The amount they charged me TWICE one time in the form of 148 and one time in the form of 49 and 99.

Review: I have subscribed to OK bridge for several years. Last year, they had a problem with the game not downloading because of Java, and they offered a solution to that. Now, I have a new computer with Windows 10 & it won't install. I have contacted OK bridge by phone 3 times and e mail 7 times in the last week and they ignore my calls. Since I pay $160 for this service every June, I think they probably owe me a rebate if I can't use their service. I have seen similar complaints on the internet & people just feel helpless, but I don't think this is right--not to even answer my calls & e mails, probably because they can't solve the problem but don't want to issue a rebate.Desired Settlement: I want someone from OK bridge to call & explain to me what is going on . I may or may not want a rebate, but the option should be available.

Review: For many years I have been a member of OK Bridge, a company that provides Internet challenges with the card game. I've struggled with it due to complexcities (sp) with "Java." I repeatedly requested them to walk me through Java set up. They would not. I request a) They provide 4 months of no payments (add to my membership is ok); b) They phone me at ([redacted] to walk through Java setup. If these 2 things cannot be done I request full repayment of my membership. I don't think that I've used the service since October 2014.Desired Settlement: Please see above.
