These guys are responsible for the towing of the paid lots owned by my community associationI have had issues with people being in my spaces on occasions, and never once have they showed up to handle the issueThis past Saturday, though, they saw fit to tow my car out of my paid space because the "tag wasn't displayed" - which is not a requirementThey have a list of registered platesThe tag came off presumably on Thursday and fell in my floorboards from the windows being downFirst, they have never, in years of living there, been seen patrolling the areaSecond, they could not have been more unprofessional or rude in the situationWhen I called, the driver (who also answered the phone), I was livid but collected about the situation as he chastised me about "how could he know it was a resident's car? Do I know his name? Where he parks? Where he lives?" I finally stated I needed the address for pickup and would be over in minutes pending my ***, when I called onsite (they do not have an office there), he told me he had gone to do a piin Mariemont and would be back in minutes but "that wasn't a lot of time for me to wait." minutes later, he did show up, having hung up on my when I called after to ask his locationI got charged $for him to be a clownshow with me gave him $(cash only) and said I needed change, which he had to drive to get at a local bar around the cornerAWFUL

Do N-O-T use this towing company unless you want to be financially rapedThey charged my wife $(CASH ONLY!!!!!!) to tow her car miles, yes milesRIP OFF ALERT!!!!!
If the police officer offers to send you the next available towing company on the list
REFUSE! Get your phone out and '*** a company close by, they should be able
to get you a quote within minutesAnd it will be WAY cheaper than these shysters, period

Per Business:Customer was in a car wreck, vehicle was towed ono 4-8-2014. Customer called about getting the car, car was held by OKI for 6 months or so because the car was supposed to be picked up by the customer. The vehicle was scrapped because it sat on the lot for a long period of time and the vehicle was leaking on the business lot. OKI also let the customer come in to clean out any belongings in the vehicle and it was still never picked up and taken off their lot. Per the owner they filed the proper documentation with the City of Cincinnati to get the vehicle scrapped. Per the owner, if the customer would like to come to their lot and purchase another vehicle they would be happy to help out in any way they can.

Gary H[redacted] with OKI Towing responded that this matter went to court.  OKI Towing showed the courts that the City of Cincinnati gave him the affidavit for the title and that was it.  Prior to that, they allowed the customer to get all his tools and items out of the vehicle.  The...

tow happened in April 2014.  The customer didn't get the vehicle, didn't pay the $150 tow, $25/day storage fee.  The customer wouldn't send them the title and didn't get the vehicle, so OKI Towing got affidavit for the title from the police department.
