I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhen I went to Okie Dokie store I had specifically said I wanted a Queen size headboard The gentleman had told me it was a Queen size and I trusted his judgement I wanted something I could set up easily that did not need special adjustments He initially said he would return my money but then changed his mind The bench that was mentioned was not in good condition and I did not feel it was worth the amount he was asking for it I really would like to resolve this issue as I have made prior purchases and would like to maintain good relations

Review: I bought a headboard from the store after the salesman "[redacted]" told me it was a Queen size, which I needed. I took it back because it was a Full size. He said he was going to give me my money back but then changed his mind and said he would give me store credit.Desired Settlement: $64.80 was the amount I paid.

When I went to Okie Dokie store I had specifically said I wanted a Queen size headboard. The gentleman had told me it was a Queen size and I trusted his judgement. I wanted something I could set up easily that did not need special adjustments. He initially said he would return my money but then changed his mind. The bench that was mentioned was not in good condition and I did not feel it was worth the amount he was asking for it. I really would like to resolve this issue as I have made prior purchases and would like to maintain good relations.
