Lowe Plumbing and Heating, Incis in disagreement of the clients complaints In our original proposal/contract with this customer states the customer is responsible in supplying all fixtures and trims We generally only give advise on the fixtures a client purchase when asked by the client or we find that the fixtures purchased is the wrong size or can not be used in space intended With this client, other contractors were working also on her house that tampered with our work, which we explained to client Also, some of the work the client wanted was not possible for the size and space working with Most of the work we were contracted to do was done and there was extra work that the client was billed for We did not respond to the client's email, dated April 30, 2017, because the email we sent April 28, explained our position on the client's concerns emailed to us on April 25, The client was suppose to call us, as stated in our e-mail, when all fixtures to be installed was purchased so that we can schedule a return visit to finish the job, which should only take 1-day(s) The cleint never called us or did the cleint inform us that another plumber was hired to finish the work So after waiting a month we decided to email the client on June 2, 2017, to find out the status of the job and when we can return to finish The client emailed us on June 3, 2017, and this was the first time that we heard from the client that they had gotten someone else to finish the work we were contracted to do and we pulled a plumbing permit on We are greatly sorry the client is upset with our work but we pride ourselves in doing everything possible to make our clients happy If this client would of contacted us as stated in our e-mail dated April 28, 2017, we would of returned and finish work as stated Yes, we did inform client that she still owe us money on work that was done and left to be done The amount of money owe to us was not decreased due to work not be completed because we never given written notice that we was off the job, but there is still a balance due to Lowe Plumbing and Heating, Incfor work that was done
