I would love know why my credit score took a hard hit from this so called company when this company does not have the technology to be up to date with online billing I was sending my payments before time when I called my bank and they took a look at what was going on they let me know that this company could not receive online payments and that they had to mail the payments to Oklahoma Central Credit Union now most of the companies that do business with public are up to date on online bill pay and electronic transfers so I made the payments on time or before time but this company did not receive it on time because of not having this not my fault its bad business and I have all electronic tracking numbers showing how long it takes I had a very good credit score until this nonscents went on will never do business with this company again would like pay off amount and will be making reviews on every place I can
