To date I continue to not have been shown even the courtesy of a reply from Supra in some two years. And...

clearly no resolution to the problem. Once again, summary is, SUPRA-OKCMAR used financial information on file, after demand to cancel prior to 2014 renewal, and again, in 2015 after notice not to renew in 2015, and to immediately remove personal financial information, previously provided them in good faith, and to cease all relationship. When attempting to contact SUPRA -OKCMAR in 2014, online message reflected account was inactive, clearly supporting that SUPRA-OKCMAR was in receipt of demand to non-renew 2014 and remove personal financial data from their files. SUPRA ignored and used "unauthorized" financial data on file to renew "in advance" for the 2014-2015 period. Once again long prior to 2015 renewal date demand to non-renew and notice that use of personal financial data, apparently still within their file was absolutely not authorized was ignored and "unauthorized" financial information was once again used to renew, "in advance", thru 2016. Email from OKCMAR stated that OKCMAR was in receipt of demand for cancellation of any and all relationship and that all account s were in fact cancelled per demand. That information was clearly false and "unauthorized" prior financial information was once again utilized to debit a bank account to renew "in advance" for the 2016 period.
