Complaint: [redacted] (I have sent two emails prior to this asking for this to be closed due to us receiving paymentHowever after seeing the disturbing response from Lakeside in making themselves the victim in this I would like to make sure if their response is published online anywhere that my response below is also shownBut what we complained about has been resolved and we wish to have this complaint closed.) I am rejecting this response because: We were negligently overcharged by Lakeside after their employee failed to contact my insurance company to verify correct coverage after the new year, since we notified them coverage had in fact changedThis resulted in them keeping money they were never entitledA mistake they refused to acknowledge under the guise of their "policy"They refused to return many phone calls in an attempt to fix this privately and it was only after us notifying our Doctor of our intent to file with the Revdex.com that a refund check was issued to usThat refund has been received and I now look forward to them using ONLY the money they should have been entitled per their policy of prepayment of delivery...and not one cent moreI find it disturbing a patient prepayed well in advance of the due date the incorrect amount quoted to them...an amount they were assured would be fixed and refunded as soon as possible...and this is how they're treated Sincerely, [redacted]
