To whom it may concern; The ***'s signed up for lawn fertilization service with Go Green Professional Services in April of and we serviced the lawn each year until they canceled service on April 28th Prior to starting service each season we also send out service letters The 1st letter goes out in December, the second goes out at the end of January, this gives the customer a chance to make any adjustments to their program, or stop service All the service invoices that the ***'s received over the past years (invoices in all) have a written note on each one stating; "For your convenience, service continues from season to seasonFor a change in service, please call the office." Just for your records, we have contacted the customer and notified them that the account has been credited $ Although we feel we have done nothing wrong in this matter, we would rather credit this application then to continue with this frivolous battle Our A+ rating with the Revdex.com is very important to us We are just a small family owned business and we take great pride in providing quality service for our 4,plus customers

To whom it may concern: I am writing to explain what happened with Mrs***She had lawn care service with us in and on every invoice which is left on her door and every statement that is mailed as well as two letters that we send in the winter months, it states very clearly that we
are a year to year service and for a change in service, you must contact our officeWe did not hear from her until after we applied the first application at which time she refused to pay for the service providedOn November 17, 2015, I decided to take care of the balance in good faith, because we are a stand up, family owned business but it is not because I don't feel she owed the balanceAs I said, it is clearly stated on all of our paperwork throughout the entire season and over the winter I left her a message today, letting her know that I already took care of the balance on November 17, and she doesn't owe us anything at this timeIf you should have any questions or concerns, please contact myself or the office manager and we will be happy to assist you in any way. As a matter of record, we did proactively call Go Green before the season started and canceled their services prior to the first application being appliedTherefore, they were not authorized to apply the application at issue.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
