unfounded.  Furthermore, we have attempted to resolve her compliant with anew upper denture free of charge.· Her requests for fullrefund do not account for a successful surgical procedure to removeteeth and bonefrom her lower jaw in which no harm was done and no
complaint was filed. In addition her requests to replace a bro­ ken denture tooth as a result of heraccident In whichmaterials and craftsmanship were not at fault in unacceptable.  If Mrs. [redacted] would like to continue the process of completing her new upper denture at no charge, my team is willing to continue.As for the Revdex.com,  1 have left multiple messages including my  cell phone 
number  asking for re-sponse.  Please consider this a final attempt to resolve this complaint no further contact will be madeby myself

I am rejecting this response because: it was stated dentures made in office when I asked Dr [redacted] told me he sends to OKC lab. On several occasions I did ask and got the same response didn't know and look into it.  More impressions taken on several occasions uppers dates 10/31/16, 12/ 9/16, 2/3/17, if not lost why so many impression?  My insurance met life paid 880.00,  the ppl insurance paid 3895.70 then the mason lodge paid 1525.30 for lowers my mother paid 422.00 for uppers.so my question is how have they not been paid and does not need to reimburse?  The pulling teeth only charged 1830.00 for extraction they charge what for lowers 1650.00 I do not wish to have Oklahoma dental to complete the upper dentures due to the facts of losing the other impression. Who's to say they won't lose those again they have had since December to complete the uppers and have yet done correctly. As far as my accident with lowers I did not drop or anything else seen them to do try in and that evening they were brok once I seen them I didn't put back in my mouth. Secondly didn't come in sooner due to work. I do not wear my dentures because they are not correct I have to now pay out another 1000.00 to have dentures remade to my satisfaction. I will no longer have any dealings with them in the future.
