I talked to [redacted] @ the Revdex.com in the week of 12/5/I told [redacted] I did not receive the complaint via e-mail but received a paper copy on 12/13/After I talked to [redacted] the week of 12/5/about the complaint I contacted my paving foreman Dean about the problemHe called Ms [redacted] to set up a time to look @ the cracking in her drivewayWith the change in weather conditions he was unable to do soWhen the weather conditions get better he will set up an appointment & see what needs to be done
After talking to the Revdex.com on 3/7/I contacted my paving forman to review this complaqintHe contacted Mrs [redacted] & set up a meeting on 3/8/17.@ the meeting he noticed there was a large crack across the driveway & that the cause of this crack is from the vertical movement of the gravel base pushing up the larger stonesIt was agreed to that in later spring when the weather is warmer & the asphalt plants are open we will return & saw cut the area, do some exploratory excavation ( dig down to the bottom of the gravel base ) & replace the gravel with crushed stone & replace the asphalt
I thought this problem was taken care of last fall.After I received a letter from Mr [redacted] stating the job was never completed & that they were not happy,I talked to to my foreman & found out that (2) previous foreman's never stopped over to complete the repairs.knowing this & the frustration you have been going thru I will personally make sure the repairs are made within (2) weeks & will seal coat you driveway @ no charge.SincerelyThomas J K***PresidentHub Langie Paving
Tom called and said he went over to the customer's yesterdayWe spoke and agreed that I will seal coat his driveway, as weather permits, I am also reimbursing him for what he paid for the patch
