Our records indicate that the service was turned on for this customer December 3rd,

Our records indicate that on July 25, the customer advised that the original refund check printed July 1, was not received. The original refund check #*** has been voided and a new refund check, #*** was printed and mailed to the mailing address provided by the customer.
If the check is not received within the next ten days or so, please contact our office for further research

The gas lines were marked May 9, in response to an OKIE locate request received May 8, 2017. The customer reported a gas odor May 14, 2017. The responding technician reported that the customer had cut their yard line while digging. The service was turned off for safety
reasons and the customer was advised to have a licensed plumber make repairs to the gas line and obtain a city inspection before the service can be restored. Research shows that the gas line was marked within twelve inches of its actual location. OKIE regulations require a marking accuracy within twenty-four inches of the actual location. This requirement is outlined on OKIE’s website under their “Frequently Asked Questions,” and is the same for all utilities. ONG does not replace damaged customer owned yard lines. Once the customer’s plumber has made repairs and ONG has been notified by the city that the inspection was passed, arrangements can be made to restore the service

Our records indicate that the service was reconnected at this address on Saturday, February 27, at approximately 4:05p. As a courtesy, the $charge billed to the account for the missed appointment on February 26, has been removed

Our records indicate that a representative visited with Ms*** and advised that the $reconnect fee and $in late payment charges have been removed from her account. In addition, the service address has been updated to reflect the correct address, which should prevent any confusion over
the address going forward

Attempts to contact the customer have been unsuccessful. We will be glad to discuss his concerns in detail should he return our call.

The stop service request was completed on 10/9/17. The date has been adjusted to 9/26/17 and a corrected statement will be mailed. Additionally, the refund is in process and will be mailed on 10/16/17. Please allow mailing time to receive the refund.

Your account was finaled as requested on October 3, 2016.  No further charges were incurred after October 3rd.  A final bill was generated for $34.25 for service from August 30 – October 3rd, indicating that the balance would be drafted from your bank account on October 25, 2016.  The...

$34.25 was drafted from your bank account as scheduled on October 25th.  The payment was returned October 29th due to insufficient funds and your gas account was billed a $10 returned item charge. As a courtesy, the $34.25 final bill and $10 returned item charge have been removed from your gas account, leaving a zero balance.

Our records indicate that this complaint was recently resolved through our regulatory agency.
