explain this to him.The customer indicated that he would like a refund because he had not heard from us and he has sent his paperwork to another bonding company. A refund request has been turned in to our accounting department and will be mailed out to him this week.

Received a call from the company, they said they would issue me a refund. No refund has been issued! They just kept my money. This is not how business should be done. Why do these people still have a Revdex.com rating of A+??? What a joke.

Thank you for allowing me to explain our position regarding this Revdex.com complaint by [redacted].We received [redacted]'s payment of $94.95 on 10/05/17 for her notary renewal expiration on 12/08/17. Normal processing times can take 4-6 weeks to complete. We solicit our renewals approximately...
(5) months in advance of expiration so that there we be no lapse in the commissioning process. Her renewal application was mailed to her at the end of July 2017 to start the renewal process. [redacted] indicated she sent in her payment and application to us in the middle of September. [redacted]'s notary application has been sent to state for final processing on 10/31/17. All Oklahoma renewal applications must be reviewed before the leave our office.Being a National company we have very busy peak telephone times when customers call in for assistance. We have a company email [redacted]@notarybonding.com if a customer is having a difficult time trying to contact us. Note our customer service center is closed between 11:30am - 12:30pm est. which is noted when a customer tries calling during these times. As for a legit company as [redacted] indicated, we have been in business serving notaries since 1940 and are a Revdex.com accredited (A+) business nationally. We have served over a million notaries nationally. Our company prides itself on a tradition of Trust and Integrity and each customer is important to us. Finally once we obtain the commission from the state of her commission, which should be any day now her stamp will be ordered and delivered, albeit cutting it close to her renewal expiration date on 12/08/17.
