Oklahoma Registered Agent

I ordered a product with casual comfort shoes for $48.94 and have not received the shoes or a refund. Their e-mail does not work and neither does their phone # in other words I can't get in touch with them to resolve this matter.

I paid to get my business filed with the state. It's been three weeks and every day this company tells me any day now. Twice they tell me my file has been rejected. The thing is I call almost everyday. I am told someone will call me back but it never happens. No call backs no emails no communications. If I don't call everyday they won't do anything to my file. I've told them if they can't help me I will gladly take a refund. Waiting on response as usual. I don't think they check company emails. I'm about to loose a $130k commercial contract waiting on this company.

On August 2nd, 2016 ***, LLC paid for 1 years worth of service for Oklahoma Registered Agent, LLC to be the agent on file to receive mail for ***, LLC. In May of 2017 ***' accountant change the Registered Agents address. Between May and August 2nd, Prior to the next invoice date, ***, LLC received mail at the Oklahoma Registered Agent, LLC office. Upon request of the mail received PRIOR to August 2nd 2017 *** was denied access and was asked to pay an additional subscription fee.
