After a very damaging hail storm, I contacted Oklahoma Strong after seeing their sign at a recently repaired home. Brad and Evan came out and presented a thorough estimate of our damage and what our options would be to repair. Their pricing was fair and did not include any of the questionable tactics that I found from other companies. Evan came out when the insurance adjuster performed the inspection and assisted me in finding all of the damage from the storm. Once the installation began, the process was easy and the crew were very professional in their work. The area around my home was very clean, and the roof looked terrific...

In the design process, we were able to make a couple of improvements which included different ventilation and the addition of impact resistant shingles. By adding different vents, we were able to notice an immediate reduction (minus 20 degrees) in the heat buildup in the attic. Also, the addition of impact resistant shingles provided us with a significant yearly savings in our insurance...

Once we received the final billings, Oklahoma Strong helped us in completing the final settlement with the insurance which was very easy. They provided us with a detailed invoice which included all of the services completed as well as the breakdown of the charges. The charges were exactly as we discussed in the estimate and did not include hidden surcharges. We were very pleased with the payment process.. .
