Thank you for sharing a recent customer concern/complaint with us that was filed with the Revdex.com. In our research, we are not able to find any email that had been received, from Ms Fasola, that indicates that she had a problem with catching the bus on the morning of her
scheduled trip, so I am not sure who she contacted at Badger Bus. When Ms Fasola purchased her online ticket with Badger Bus, the origin stop that was selected was named "Madison - UW Campus Stop - Langdon St - See Alert Notices" as there was a construction project in place that would affect our ability to stop on Langdon St. Unfortunately Ms Fasola did not see the alert, which was listed at the top of our homepage at www.badgerbus.com or contact us for any assistance or clarification about the Alert NoticesAdditionally, there was a sign posted at our loading zone area on Langdon that further explained the temporary relocation. As noted above, I am not sure who she had spoke with or emailed in regards to this issue. Of course, we are sorry to hear that she was not able to board the bus. While our refund policy is stated in the Terms and Conditions prior to completing a purchase as well as in our FAQ section, we do have the flexibility to assist customers as needed. In this case, we have processed a refund in the amount of $for her missed bus. This refund was processed today and depending on the speed of the banks, will take approximately 3-days to return to the card used for purchase I hope that this refund provides a satisfactory resolution to Ms Fasola.
