Okna Windows & Doors

I got these to make it easier to clean, but all I have is constant trouble. I follow the way the company that put them in told me too, but no matter how hard I try, as they are heavy, they start to go crooked on one side and jump the track. Then I have to call the company to come and put them back in. I thought it would eliminate us getting on a ladder outside to clean as we are in our 70's. We don't want to keep calling the company, so we clean them again on a ladder without tilting in. It is mostly the top ones that do this. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but the nylon strings are very thin. We paid over 13,000 for these windows and installation and would never, ever buy another one. Thought it was just me, but I had a strong man in here and he had the same trouble. It is ridiculous that there isn't something that can be done to make it that they don't always pull to the one side.
