Okuma Nutritionals

I placed an order for tea and a tea infuser bottle on 5/10/2020. I received an order confirmation on May 10th. On 5/16 I received the the bottle only.
The tea I order has never been delivered. I received the tea infuser bottle in a slim box on 5/16 but no tea. I assumed the tea was coming in a different shipment so I didn't think anything of it. I emailed them on 5/20 to inquire why they would put the tea and infuser bottle on the same USPS shipment if they were shipping the tea separately. I figure due to the current circumstances I would allow some time to respond. On 6/15 I receive an email regarding a preshipment notice for a 30 day subscription of tea delivery that I had signed up for when I initially ordered. I emailed them on 6/5 to advise that I still had not received the first shipment so how could they be shipping anything else...but never received any response to that email. I never received any response to that email. I email again on 6/7 and call but no response. I would like a full refund of the $42 I spent on the tea and I have already cancelled my subscription to receive the tea every 30 days.
