Thank you for the email. We mailed the Revdex.com our response over a week ago and let Mr. [redacted] know we would refund the $49 office visit, but not $10 for gas. The letter we sent to Mr. [redacted] was mailed to your main office location. I would believe this would serve as an equitable solution to this...
