My mother recently received a fruit platter after her surgery given by co-workers this past Friday from this business On Saturday morning, we opened it up to find the pears overly ripe with dark bruises, some apples were shriveled, and there was mold on the grapes...the green fury kind We brought the basket back to speak with them about the condition of the fruit on the platter The owner (salt and pepper hair past his ears) came out to the car to see the basket He accused us of never taking the plastic off, meanwhile we had to put the platter back together in order to bring it backHe said if you do not take the plastic off then the fruit will rot I am not sure I have ever see fruit rot within a day of sitting in a plastic bag He continued to blame my father for the fruit being in the condition that it was Instead of apologizing for a lack luster platter, he told us to get off of his property...his property that he rentsWe were doing nothing more than showing him his sub-par product in the parking lot that a group of people paid a lot of money for In addition, this business claims to have organic and fresh produce....this platter was far from fresh and none of the produce with stickers signified it was organic It's a shame...my parents have lived in town for over years and will be more than happy to make sure their friends and acquaintances take their business elsewhere

My mother recently received a fruit platter after her surgery given by co-workers this past Friday from this business. On Saturday morning, we opened it up to find the pears overly ripe with dark bruises, some apples were shriveled, and there was mold on the grapes...the green fury kind. We brought the basket back to speak with them about the condition of the fruit on the platter. The owner (salt and pepper hair past his ears) came out to the car to see the basket. He accused us of never taking the plastic off, meanwhile we had to put the platter back together in order to bring it back. He said if you do not take the plastic off then the fruit will rot. I am not sure I have ever see fruit rot within a day of sitting in a plastic bag. He continued to blame my father for the fruit being in the condition that it was. Instead of apologizing for a lack luster platter, he told us to get off of his property...his property that he rents. We were doing nothing more than showing him his sub-par product in the parking lot that a group of people paid a lot of money for. In addition, this business claims to have organic and fresh produce....this platter was far from fresh and none of the produce with stickers signified it was organic. It's a shame...my parents have lived in town for over 30 years and will be more than happy to make sure their friends and acquaintances take their business elsewhere.
