The building was constructed we framed for the overhead door he had installed by LowesIf the building was out of level the door would not have fitThe roof vents were provided by the customer for us to install, which we did following manufacturers instructionsNo water damage was found in the
building but we did used roofers caulk all around the ventsThe customer did not complain until over a year after construction The building was built close to the house which drains under the building and has caused erosion and the barn settled, which would make the door(Lowes installed for him) difficult to workThe customer built a deck around the front of building and is permanently attached to the buildingWe cannot safely (without damage) remove the deck so we could level. In conclusion we did not install the door, the customer complained after his drainage caused the building to settle, we could not level the building because the customer remove the deckAbsolutely no water damage found after three visitsThe building needed leveled and we could not, had the deck been removed we could have helpedHad the drainage been directed away from the foundation these problems would not have happened Patrick *** Manager
