Looking for verbal abuse? Call this place! The problem began when I was promised a Thursday install on a time-sensitive job (putting my house on the market) but when I called to verify the day before, was told the job was "always" on the schedule for FridayOn the day installation was to take place, my street was only open to local traffic due to repairs, but the installers did not attempt to enter the streetI was told that Friday, that the install would be scheduled for Mon or TuesWhen I called Monday after to check on the time for the Tuesday install, their office worker Dave talked and yelled over everything I tried to say/ask and I was told the install would happen "maybe Friday." When I tried to explain the difficulty their delay was causing, I was yelled at some moreWhen I asked if I could cancel my order, I was told they had run my credit cardI never received a receipt for them running my credit and when I tried to verify the charge found that they had lied -- they did not run my creditI called back and left a message informing the company that I was canceling my orderShortly after I received a call from someone identifying himself as the owner, who screamed for several minutes without interruption, swore at me and I asked repeatedly if I was canceling my orderWhen the yelling stopped, I said I'd already informed them I was canceling my orderAfter a little more swearing and yelling, he hung upI have also found an add that says they have an "A" rating from you, but your site says they are not a rated business

found them very nice came when they said they would very happy with everything
