Company provided a response via phone as follows:The snow removal was done last year and it did only snow times where snow accumulation was inches or greater The company policy is to come if the snow accumulation is greater than two inches and on a rotating basisIf the consumer was first on the list for snow removal, she would then be towards the back on the next snow removal listShe understood this policy Company does this so no one customer would always be first or last Her husband did have fractures and rehab and and twice, the company showed up and the snow was removed The consumer's did not call and would take it upon themselves to shovel.Consumer did hire the company to do the pavilion after the snow removal Once the company got it in place, the consumer changed her mind on the direction she wanted it placed Consumer was told if the pavilion was anchored in the direction that she wanted it would cause stress factures in the patio Company was not comfortable doing the work they way the consumer wanted and refused to do it The company had tried to explain this to the consumer Company stated they reimbursed the consumer for the cost of the anchors.The entire time the company did work for her the consumer, her husband critigued everything and insisted on being out thereCompany stated the consumer was very accepting of the business and the consumer hired the company to do various jobs in a period of two years including tree trimming, power washing and replacing a hot water tankCompany did give the consumer a quote for the fence but unfortunately the quote was higher than the consumer believed it would be The consumer's were very nice people and the company tried to do everything they could We tried to answer all questions for the consumerThe company will not be refunding any money to the consumer Company did state "Why would she continue to hire us for jobs if they were not satisfied with the work."

Company responded by phone 6/5/15-[redacted] Mr. [redacted] states that the consumer signed a contract with them for four weeks of service. He states that he did 2 weeks worth of work for the consumer. He states that the consumer cancelled the contract and at this time he only owes her $38.00 and...

states that he will mail the consumer a check.
