Dear Whom This May Concern,I disagree with the response, because the statement that was provided is not correct.  I  also requested I be contacted by someone from a higher position about this situation.  In no way did I curse when I came in to pick up my paperwork.  There were one customer at the location and two workers.  One worker was not able to witness anything and the other worker was dealing with the a customer.Also, no comment have been made about customer service about this manager.  She stated over the phone,  "I am the manger and I do not care who you was dealing with I am the manager. You can like it or not.  I asked her is this is how you treat a customer who provided business and was charge a good amount for taxes to be complete.  I stated, that I have heard other negative feedback of how she deal with customers. She stated, she do not care and she do not care what I do and my business is not important to her.Yes, this can be said it is hear say, but in no way anyone have  apologized or show any professionalism about customer service.  The response just continue to state how the customer continue to complain to justify the behavior of lack professional.  In no way I contacted this business everyday about my taxes this is why I asked why was she contacting me?  I was dealing with a representative that were helping and taking care of my situation. She did not call to apologize for not entering my appointment so why would she call at this point. Also, customer service is part of the business.  I would like to hear from someone higher up than she and excluded her manger which is family.Thank you,[redacted]

In regards to this client:
The manager did not have any contact with this client in regards to making an appointment. She has complained all season over her missed appointment. However she was served the day of her appointment. The computer had some glitches and her appointment time did not...

show up. The manager apologized for that. She still kept complaining. So the manager asked how to resolve that issue. The client did not have an answer. She just called everyday to complain. Then she had an IRS letter. The manager called her in regards to the letter and tried to explain to her she did not need to file. The client wanted to know why the manager was handling this. The manager was not rude with her. She simply stated she was the manager of the office and was the only person able to handle amendments. She explained to the client that it was not necessary to file the document to the IRS since this was just an informational letter and not a request for the 1040X. The client then became hostile. She fussed and cursed at the Manager over the phone. The manager told her that she would file it but it would be $35.00 charge. She would get back $8.00. The client told her she just wanted to pick up her papers. The manager responded by telling the client that was fine. She was welcome to come get them. Later that day the client came into the office and stormed at the manager. She was fussing and cursing. The office was full of people to witness this. The client then threw her keys, a pen, and paper at the manager. The manager asked her to please be quiet and to leave. The client then yelled louder and proceeded to get angrier. The manager told her to leave or she was calling the cops on her.
So now with this all being said, I do not know why this client is continuing to complain. We have tried on multiple occasions to satisfy her needs, demands, or other motives she has. I do hope this does not get published or if it does then our response back to her gets published as well. We pride ourselves in taking care of our clients however some you just can not make happy and she is one of them. I am terribly sorry for this clients frustration for whatever it may stem from.
