In regards to this client: The manager did not have any contact with this client in regards to making an appointmentShe has complained all season over her missed appointmentHowever she was served the day of her appointmentThe computer had some glitches and her appointment time did not show upThe manager apologized for thatShe still kept complainingSo the manager asked how to resolve that issueThe client did not have an answerShe just called everyday to complainThen she had an IRS letterThe manager called her in regards to the letter and tried to explain to her she did not need to fileThe client wanted to know why the manager was handling thisThe manager was not rude with herShe simply stated she was the manager of the office and was the only person able to handle amendmentsShe explained to the client that it was not necessary to file the document to the IRS since this was just an informational letter and not a request for the 1040XThe client then became hostileShe fussed and cursed at the Manager over the phoneThe manager told her that she would file it but it would be $chargeShe would get back $The client told her she just wanted to pick up her papersThe manager responded by telling the client that was fineShe was welcome to come get themLater that day the client came into the office and stormed at the managerShe was fussing and cursingThe office was full of people to witness thisThe client then threw her keys, a pen, and paper at the managerThe manager asked her to please be quiet and to leaveThe client then yelled louder and proceeded to get angrierThe manager told her to leave or she was calling the cops on her So now with this all being said, I do not know why this client is continuing to complainWe have tried on multiple occasions to satisfy her needs, demands, or other motives she hasI do hope this does not get published or if it does then our response back to her gets published as wellWe pride ourselves in taking care of our clients however some you just can not make happy and she is one of themI am terribly sorry for this clients frustration for whatever it may stem from
