Review: On Saturday 2/23/13, I dropped off a Ralph Lauren Silk blouse for dry cleaning. The blouse is olive colored and satin, as per the attached pictures. When I picked it up the blouse was destroyed. The satin shine was gone and the blouse had a texture akind to denim. Overall, it was completely destroyed. The blouse is a Ralph Lauren Black Label shirt, which retails for $450. I purchased it on sale for around $200 and wore it about 5 times before the cleaners destroyed it. When I confromed them, they outright refused to accept responsibility and told me to call Ralph Lauren because the blame lies with them. I have attached 1) before and after photos of the shirt 2) and a nearly exact shirt from [redacted] showing a retail price of $525.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the shirt taking into account the depreciation. I think a fair refurnd would be $150, considering I paid $200.
