We very much regret that *** *** is upset with our billing and hope we can resolve this issue *** *** did prepay her pest account for a year in advance (services) on 11/19/to take advantage of a discountBut she did mail in a payment for her third service by check to our office
which most likely was from the service ticket that was left behind The service ticket does show the credit but we regret she mailed the payment in and it was applied to her account on August 18, Our office issued a refund that was processed in the month of September*** *** at that time asked Patrick (her service technician) to cancel the service Per an injury, Patrick was out of the office and this fell through the cracks and the service was not canceled Therefore, another service ticket was generated and that created the late notice on Jan9th We have credited that service off and are very sorry for the miscommunication I left a message for *** *** this morning but have not heard back from her as of writing this letter She has my cell to call me, Burns Blackwell, the President of the Company *** *** also has another account with us for termite protection and we will be refunding her money for that service She has requested the termite also be canceled and we will once the year of service is complete Also, we will refund her money for the last two pest control services That is a refund of $for termite and $for pest control. Again, I regret this has happened and want to make it right with *** ***
