enclosed).  The next day his daughter called stating the credit card used had a high interest rate and asked if we could credit the one used and rerun a different card.  We told her we would do this for him, all they had to do is bring in both cards and we would switch them out.   To this day they have failed to do this.After a week Mr. [redacted] notified our shop manager stating he thought we overcharged him.  Tom told him he would talk to Mr. [redacted].  After review Mr. [redacted] told Mr. [redacted] that the work he requested (see attached for additional work added to work order) was done and he has the labor sheets to see what was done.  (See enclosed the labor sheets to explain the 74 hours). there was also a clerical error on the invoice which we only charge $12.34 for paint supplies, where in fact, should have been $208.45 (see enclosed) that alone saved him $196.11.  Mr. [redacted] told him he would refund him an additional $200.  In which, he started complaining his tires was not balanced.  So Mr. [redacted] told him to bring the car in and we will pay to have the tires balanced at no charge.  At one time Mr. [redacted] accepted these terms but recanted the offer after a couple of days.  He called Mr. [redacted] up and decided to argue his point again.  Mr. [redacted] at that time said this was all we could do for him and we have not heard back from him until this complaint.I would further like to mention that our shop manager has seen him at two different car shows and Mr. [redacted] did not mention to him he was having problems with the work he performed.  At "no time" did Mr. [redacted] state to Old Dog Street Rods that there was a problem with the job we did for him.   Old Dog Street Rods labor is warrantied and all he had to do is call and we would have taken care of the problem(s).  This is the first time we have heard about the items not working.Mr. [redacted] has the same copies we are supplying the Revdex.com.  Old Dog Street Rods has tried to work this out with Mr. [redacted] amicability with no success. [redacted]Old Dog Street RodsOffice Manager
