I had purchased two commercial 10xgarage doors through the contractor building our garage The contractor installed the doors but ran into mounting and programming issues One box did not have the remote door opener The contractor called Gene with Old Dominion Door Sales yesterday morning and Gene called me the same morning and set up an appointment that afternoon Mike a year veteran with the company arrived an assessed both doors He found problems with the installation of both doors and without hesitation remounted both chain rails, swing arm mounts, and the brackets they bolted in to Mike was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional He answered all of my questions and showed me how to program the remotes I will definitely refer this business to family and friends that need garage door products and or installation

Called Old Dominion Doors on Monday about the lights on my garage door opener not working. They took all my information and the scheduler called. When we told him that we had tried replacing the bulbs but it still didn't work, he asked if we'd used long-lasting bulbs. When I said I had, he said they sometimes didn't seat in the fixture and suggested we try regular bulbs. This worked perfectly! Saved them a trip and me a service fee. I call this excellent customer service and really appreciated it. I will definitely use them again.
