Called Old Dominion Doors on Monday about the lights on my garage door opener not working They took all my information and the scheduler called When we told him that we had tried replacing the bulbs but it still didn't work, he asked if we'd used long-lasting bulbs When I said I had, he said they sometimes didn't seat in the fixture and suggested we try regular bulbs This worked perfectly! Saved them a trip and me a service fee I call this excellent customer service and really appreciated it I will definitely use them again
