I'm always happy with the service I receive from Old Dominion Imaging Systems. Not only are they professional but personable also. All my copier needs are met in a timely fashion. It's a pleasure to work with Old Dominion Imaging.

Prior to our first encounter with Old Dominion Imaging Systems, we had been trying to get information from the company that held our copier leases regarding upgrading to a full color copier. Due to continual sales representative changeovers, weeks were going by and we were getting no quote response. When ODI called on us, it was a great day! We immediately had well informed information on their copier product and solid quote information, which was going to save us money. The machines are very reliable, and if something does require maintenance, they have been prompt in service calls. They do whatever they can to keep us up and running. I highly recommend this company.

We have been extremely happy with our copier. We have been very impressed with the quality of the machine. ODIS has been very helpful, making sure we are trained and have everything we need. Any question we have had, they have answered quickly and efficiently. All three staff members with whom we have spoken have been very pleasant and professional.
