has never claimed or admitted that we did anything wrong. We did our job and
did it right.  First our contract on the
inspection was not with the [redacted] but the home [redacted] in March of 2013. We did
an inspection of the septic system and at the time of the inspection the system
was working. We stated in our inspection letter the words "AT The Time Of
Inspection". The Work that was done was done for the [redacted] of the house
not the [redacted]. We did offer $1800.00 only because we have always taken care
of our customers and wanted to try to help except that [redacted] called our
phone and we got an email telling us we better pay. At that point the part of
trying to help our customer was over. I email**. [redacted] lawyer and told him
that I would not be talked to like that, especially when, all  I was doing was trying to do was help I was
not paying for something I did wrong which I always stated in my corresponense
with the [redacted] or their Lawyer.

All that over $10.00.
Get Real.

Customer service in this day and age is a lot to be desired. That is not the case with this company. We made the appointment about a week in advance for our septic tank to be pumped. They showed up in the window of time that they promised and called thirty minutes before their arrival. We appreciate their work and prompt service. Will be calling again for future needs.

Review: On March 26, 2013 Old Dominion Septic and Rooter Service was contracted to inspect and repair the septic system at our home [redacted]. According to the invoice the front and back septic systems were pumped, inspected and rodded for a charge of $2,800. Subsequent to the inspection and repair of both front and rear septic systems each tank has been pumped 6 times each. Old Dominion was contracted to pump these systems twice since March of 2013 and the remaining 4 pumpings were performed by [redacted]. Since December 27th of 2013 we have contacted Old Dominion by phone, email and fax at least 10 times to discuss warranty service of the repair from March 26, 2013. Old Dominion would at first return our communications and promise to come and inspect the septic system and even committed to dates. On each committed date the Old Dominion Septic representative[redacted] did not show up as promised.

Since February of 2014 [redacted], the [redacted] of Old Dominion Septic, promised to reimburse us for our claim against them in the about of $1,825.00. This amount represents the cost that [redacted], LLC quoted to repair one of the two un-usable septic systems. [redacted] stated she would make payment on March 18, 2014. In exchange for the $1,825 we would agree to not hold Old Dominion Septic liable for any future claims. On March 18, 2014 [redacted] stated she would not make the payment as promised.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to fulfill her promise. Her promise was written in an email to my wife and stated in phone conversations. In exchange we will not hold them liable for any future claims.
