an exception on 5-2-2017. Our first notification was from a “Kristy” at Wells Dam on 5-18-2017, 16 days after the freight delivered. It is NOT an ODFL policy on notification of concealed damage, it is an NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) regulation on the notification of concealed damage. This is the reason for our declination. We have nothing showing that the damage occurred while in our possession. Please forward any other correspondences on this matter to me. Regards,
