Old Farmer's Almanac General Store

Review: On 09-23-13 I ordered the electronic version of the 2014 Old Farmer's Almanac from the general store. I was unable to download it because of their technical difficulties and was told I would receive a refund. I called back on 09-27-13 and a representative told me the refund had been processed. On 09-30-13 I called again and was told the refund had not been processed but that it would now be processed. On 10-05-13 I called and the representative told me if I would check with my bank it would show it had been processed but it would still take several weeks to refund to my account. On 10-11-13 I called my bank and was told NO refund had ever been sent by Old Farmer's Almanac. I called OFA again today and was told there was nothing they could do.Desired Settlement: I want a refund immediately and I want a letter of apology from the company for the horrible customer service experience.
