Old Farmer's Almanac General Store

I made a mistake in ordering and IMMEDIATELY called to correct it. NO ONE ANSWERED!!! NO HELP!!! I emailed them and heard nothing. So this delayed me being able to correct my order before it was sent to shipping. This is how they work that way they don't have to help you with your order. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! And they would not help when I finally did get a hold of them.

Ordered online in response to an emailed offer. They charged my credit card immediately, and I had to set up an account with them in order to track the merchandise. Three days later, my item had not shipped so I emailed to inquire - no response. Six days after placing the order, the item was still "awaiting shipment," so I called to inquire. There was no explanation has to why it had not shipped, so I requested to cancel the order. I was then told that the item had just shipped, but I wouldn't be able to track it until the item reached the "hub" at USPS. I was provided a tracking number, which when tracked, states that a label has been created. Item still has not shipped. This company should not have charged the credit card until the item shipped, which I do not believe it has as of yet. Essentially, they created a label so that I cannot cancel the order. If I do not see any movement on this item within the next couple of day, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Terrible customer service and company - will never order with them again.
