I am rejecting this response because: The "Whoosh" sound which this
service manager acknowledged as being heard is not for this model and make of vehicleAnd for any vehicle for that matter. Do you normally hear a "whoosh" sound when you mash the break pedal on your vehicle and does your breaks normally feel like a marshmallow. Obviously, air was escaping from somewhereUpon examination by another independent repair facility, it was discovered that the booster had developed a leak( this is a power assisted breaking system as was mentioned by MrB***)He knew that the vacuum booster had developed a leakAnd had mentioned as much to MrW***, his bossSee, I can overhear conversations that are within earshotAll they had to do was properly diagnose the issue and set me up with an appointment to have the necessary repairs doneI would have gladly left my vehicle on their premises for this to be accomplishedInstead, they decided to kick me to the curb, once I declined to have the break work, which they initially diagnosed, done at that timeThe initial diagnosis did not include any leaking boosterThis was a development when the vehicle was returned to me and could have occurred during the routine inspection process. It in no way was this way when I handed the vehicle over to have the oil changed, as is management's positionTo be punished by a repair facility for declining to have work done is not Good BusinessI was left with a defective vehicle with management telling me "take your vehicle and go, there is nothing wrong with your vehicle"
