Review: I ordered a product from this company on 12-13-14 and I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE IT! They offered to charge me more for shipping, but haven't refunded anything. Additionally, I had to contact them for that information!Desired Settlement: Refund my money so I can buy it from anyone but them!

Review: I ordered an article of clothing online through this retailer. I paid $31.95 for expedited shipping, which is described on the website as "Expedited: Service Next Day ([redacted])". Nowhere on the order form does it show there is a differential between Saturday shipping and next business day - this is instead hidden in a completely separate area of the site that wouldn't be accessed unless returning to dispute this issue, as was my case. Also, given the extremely high cost for shipping, reasoning that it was including Saturday delivery wasn't a stretch.

I was emailed tracking information, which shows delivery coming for monday. I immediately emailed the company asking why I was being sent my purchase in a time frame longer than what I'd paid for. I was responded to several hours later with a form email stating (incorrectly) that [redacted] their chosen carrier, doesn't deliver on Saturday. In addition they stated that my payment didn't cover Saturday delivery, just next day. I responded by first advising that I'm familiar with the [redacted] shipping schedule, and that I wanted a refund for the price of my shipping, given that it was misrepresented on the website. I was then sent another form email, this time advising that no credit would be given, but instead included a screen shot of where on the site the shipping information was tucked away. I then responded, in email, that I would simply return my purchase, negating the issue of the refund, as I'd have them refund me for the entire purchase. They then emailed stating that their refund policy is that they will only refund the price of the purchased item, not the shipping charges, and again, clipped a picture from the site showing the return policy (which I wouldn't have seen, given that I don't buy things with the intention of returning them.).

I'm severely dissatisfied with the lack of any help I've received from the company - I paid more than enough for the overnight service, yet wasn't given it. I'm not being unreasonable - I'm simply asking them to refund me the amount I paid for shipping for what their mistake in failing to meet the standard (next day) that they set in the order form.Desired Settlement: I'd like a credit for the full amount of the shipping cost.

Review: I bought this backpack for my son for school and he did use this backpack for 4 months, however, the whole bottom fell apart. I have backpacks that my kids have used for years and are still holding up. I emailed the company and requested a replacement, but was told their return policy is 45 days. I understand businesses need a basic return policy for people who just change their minds. But the quality of this backpack was so poor that it fell apart within 4 months, didn't even get 1 school year out of it!!! I even sent them images of the huge hole on the bottom so they could see for themselves what had happened. The seam just opened up! I have been in the retail/customer service business for over 30 years. It amazes me that they would not stand by their product or try to please a very unhappy customer. I am very disappointed in their way of running a business. I would stay away from this company! Very poor quality and very poor customer service!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement backpack so my son could finish out the school year.
