Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Nowhere on the lease stated that I will be for fitting the deposit amount when I move out and the previous Manager had no problems or issues with meAnd let me know I will be given back my deposit.Unfortunately that manager got fired right before it was time to pay up and now I have to just take that of some new Managers word who just so happens to be the daughter of the owner of this horrible establishment with only their gain in mind Furthermore I had to live in a wet apartment or for another months even when I informed them of what was happeningI took their excuses and said nothing about my health potentially being in dangerAgain nowhere on the lease it said I will be for fitting my depositAs I was inquiring about my deposit over a month after I moved out I was told my paperwork was lost and along with all of my documents so who’s is to say that they didn’t lose my cancellation of my lease ? Miraculously they found some of my papers a half an hour later and told me I will not be getting anythingI am not the only one they have done this toTheir rating is now only a 2,due to them finding reasons to hold on to the deposit they have gladly taken from you Regards, [redacted]

Her apt. was in good condition which we are not disputing, there was no damage to the unit However in her signed lease documentation with the tenant it states that when you move out, whether you are in a month to month or a year lease, you are required to submit a written 30 day notice stating when...

you are moving and then turn in your keys. Tenant turned in her keys and no written 30 day written notice was received or ever turned in. So therefore the damage deposit is forfeited.[redacted], Property Manager
