Old Hotel Bed & Breakfast at Lincoln VT

Regards to complaint:I'm unaware of any trouble this past summer but I will look into this immediately I've had some odd tech issues in early spring but am unaware of any lately I've also had health issues this year but I thought I had everything under controlI'll look into mr [redacted] trouble as soon as I send this emailThanks

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below This is more of the same from The Old Hotel Before I reached out to the Revdex.com yesterday I had called The Old Hotel and left a message again As of this writing The Old Hotel has not had the courtesy to return my call so I could deal with this matter directly with The Old Hotel and had to resort to bringing this matter up with the Revdex.com This is the lack of service they provided back in Aug, not replying to emails, not replying to numerous telephone messages about the status of our reservation They never sent a confirmation, they didn't reply to our numerous attempts to contact them about the reservation We didn't know if they were in business or what was happening with The Old Hotel Our intention was to stay there, but with no confirmation by email and with no reply to follow up calls and emails we didn't even know they were in business We called the local chamber of commerce and were told they had other calls about The Old Hotel being uncommunicative What were we to know at this point? We left numerous voice messages and sent written confirmation by email to cancel our reservation within their cancellation policy It is not my problem if The Old Hotel had tech issues or they were not able to conduct business because people were out sick They had no problem calling me back after the first phone call to them when I left a message wanting to first book the room?!?!?!?
