I couldn't be happier with the pest control service I received today from Old Island Pest Control Curtis, our technician, was prompt, efficient, and professional Most importantly, he identified entry points where the mice may be getting into our unit and steps to take to prevent their accessThank you!!! :-) I will definitely recommend this excellent business to others

Before buying my house, I had the house inspectedThe inspector found evidence of rodents in the crawl space and suggested that I should contact an expert to investigate whether the evidence was recent or oldI contacted the Old Island Pest Control Company and I was told that it would cost to inspect and depending on what they find, it could be $or $370.00+ for treatmentHaving given no choice, I agreed to have a thorough inspection
The inspector walked in the newly sanded and polished floors with his heavy work booths leaving dirt in his pathHe spent less than minutes to tell me that there is evidence of rodents which I had told him the home inspector had already informed meHe could not tell if it's recent or oldI found his assessment of the situation no more informative than what I had already knew ( I had also shown him where I thought the entry points may be) My choice was to pay more for him to set up traps to see if they are active or pay the for the redundant information: retelling of the information I had given to him
The inept inspections along with inconsiderate, careless and hasty ( having left the crawl space door wide open with all the lights on) performance of the Old Island Pest Control did not encourage me to have faith in the company to hire for further servicesMy unwillingness to hire such a inadequate service cost me $

I had a great experience with OIPC! I called when I heard a squirrel in my roof and they sent *** out that same afternoonHe was very pleasant and had excellent customer serviceHe closed up the squirrel access and set some traps, stayed in contact with me over the next few days and when it was clear that the problem was fixed, he promptly came to remove the empty trapsAll of this only cost me $*** which I was very happy with
