compliant as a reference as well as correspondence via text between the complainant *** *** and I, as well as a receipt of services *** *** received the day servicesOn April 7, *** *** visited my salon to have a consultation about an extension installation according to my records in my online booking *** applicationOn July 28, *** *** sent me a message via my *** application asking if she wanted to have an installation withthe effect of pulling her hair up into a high ponytail want should service should she bookI replied back via text message a partial sew in installationI erased the message out of my *** message application, and the only way for me to reference that question was to viewour text message conversationOn August 4, *** *** visited the salon for a partial sew in installationAt no point during the appointment did she mention the consultation we had months ago or the question she asked a week prior for what services to book for herself, neither did she leave a note about having a high ponytailBefore I started the appointment I asked if she wanted to leave out a lot of hair on the top or a little hair on the top, she asked me what was the difference, I physically showed her and explained to her the options she hadI explained to her if she left a lot of hair out or a (horseshoe) that she would have more versatility to part her hair on the left, right or middle side as well as pull her hair up into a ponytailI then told her that if I leave out a little hair it would only be enough to cover her top tracks*** *** opted to leave out a little hairI also asked her if she wanted a lot of her perimeter or edges out, she said she did not want a lot of her edges out, and to leave just enough out to cover the tracks on the perimeterI also told her that her edges were thin and that she has just enough to cover the tracks, and she laughed about it.I conducted the service, and *** *** thoroughly inspected her installation by pulling it back into a ponytail, and feeling around the perimeter, she also took the opportunity to view the back of her hair with a hand mirror and a wall mounted mirror to view all anglesShe said she loved it, and to show her appreciation she tipped me $The total amount of her service was $+ $10.00=$(SEE RECIEPT)A few hours later I received a text message from *** *** about when she attempted to pull her hair up in a high ponytail that her tracks were visibleI explained to her because of the method I used based off of the questions I asked her during the service the tracks will show if she pulls her hair into a high ponytail, and that the type of installation she received will only allow her to pull her hair into a low ponytail, or a ponytail that is in the back of her headShe then tells me that she wanted to be able to wear her hair in a high ponytail, and she told me that in a messageAt that time I did not remember the message that was sent a week agobecause I do have 300+ clients, and I receive several messages everyday that I respond toOnce I referenced the message to remember, I kindly apologized for the error on my part, and that it can become impossible to remember our conversation via message if she as the client does not remind me*** *** then ask can she get a partial or full refund so that she can get it redoneI kindly explained to her that the bottom of the receipt states that there are no refunds once the patron signs the receipt and leaves the salonI did offer to redo the service, she then asks "can I redo it for half the price."
