Review: I hired Old Maids cleaning service after a one year contract with [redacted] ended 3/5/14 , researched and chose Old Maids. Website states:"satisfaction guaranteed-risk free" "dedicated to complete client satisfaction" I dealt with [redacted]. Stated that I was told by cleaning companies (a military family, moved 12 times/20 yrs) my home was referred to as a show home. 2 indoor cats, our daughter, my husband and myself live here full time; son at college.Quoted $137.80per clean. Walk thru on 3/14 with another [redacted]. I stressed that my steam mop used on all hardwoods, with my dust mop run over the floor first; window sills, stainless and bathrooms critical. I gave a detailed list of cleaning instructions. I told her no shoes are worn in my home.Cleaning 3/20/14. I arrived at 3:40pm immediately checked: cat hair and sneaker prints on hardwoods, pink sludge rings still in all 4 sinks, all 4 toilets not clean/sludge remained, 3 of 4 mirrors not cleaned, both stair carpets not vacuumed, a long scuff mark w/ sneaker prints, 8' table had been moved leaving a scuff on hardwood floor, rec room couch not vacuumed, stainless smudged on appliances, master carpet not fully vacuumed, drips on hardwood in great room and more. I found instead of using my steam mop they used [redacted]! Called manager, [redacted] 3:45pm complaining and took photos. She would arrange another cleaning the next day but that was not convenient for me, tentative for Monday. Notified her husband work from home won't work. Arranged Tuesday. After further discussion Saturday we decided-if this was their first cleaning, the others would be worse. I cancelled any further cleaning. [redacted] called Monday and asked for the photos which I sent. 3/28/14 bill arrived for payment in full. Called [redacted]; she accused me of "setting her up", threatened "she knows who I am" called me a liar and demanded payment. Services were not performed completely or at all so I will not pay. Completely dissatisfied and offended at the way I was treated on the phone.Desired Settlement: Will not pay for service. Service was not done adequately or even attempted. To be treated in such a manner by phone is not only unprofessional but disrespectful and uncalled for. They have a satisfaction guarantee and we were completely dissatisfied.
