repair for Mrs [redacted] there was nothing done with the roof we went out several times we sent our gutter guy out there she refused and told my guy to move two corner lights a install electricityWe asked her if she wollet us put a running hose on the roof so that we can pinpoint the area where the problem was she flat out refusedShe wanted to see after it rains againI told my guy to write all of what he did and ask her again about putting water on it she refused againSo I told him to write out all he did and put in there that she refused for us to put water on it again, she signedMy guy went out there to fix the problem, she had him remove yard lights and install an electricity outletThere was nothing done on roofAnd we suggested putting the water on it and she said no

This is a statement of inaccuracy to sound impressive I can only assume Mr [redacted] arrived on "November 12, 2016, the scheduled SATURDAY" hours late, completed the work in less than hours (obviously NOT a whole day job) and received absolutely NO communications from Mr [redacted] OR his wife to complete this issue I received communications through the gutter guy Mr [redacted] asked to contact me It was the texting communications that completed this job As far as me not contacting them, again an attempt to "look good" I was never contacted by THEM, only by Bill, the gutter guy My upset STILL to today is, why did I have to contact Revdex.com after months of Mr [redacted] and his spouse refusing to do the job the right way the first time? I now have a roof fixed as originally discussed with Mr [redacted] in February but it took months? would be addressed.  However,  I still expect some kind of monetary compensation for my renters, who were inconvenienced for so long.  During hard rains they had to put a container under the leak in the living room.Thank you for all your help, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING INTO THE UNDER CEILING TRIM WOOD.  I contacted Old Man Roofing gutters guy, [redacted] yesterday while it was raining with a video of the leak.  (Attached)  There is only one place that is still leaking inside the work area.  This is why I'm exhausted with this situation.  I saved him time and money by accepting to just properly finish the substitution work Old Man Roofing failed to do correctly and his man did a wonderful job; however running a hose (that I did not have to use anyway) would not have shown the problem that appeared last night during the rain.  Gutters, as Old Man Roofing thought was the answer was just another half fix.  If Old Man Roofing workers had completed the work the first time, none of this should have happened.  Since filing with the Revdex.com it took 3 weeks of txt messaging "his" man with all his troubles before he could afford the time to come see.  I'm forced to be satisfied with this "metal trim" answer but only if there are NO leaks coming in onto the wood from the roof.  This has been the continued problem.  If having only ONE leak left is an answer by the company then you can understand why I am upset.  If it cannot be fixed right, then I want my money back in full so that I can get it fixed right by a professional company.

problem was she flat out refused. She wanted to see after it rains again. I told my guy to write all of what he did and ask her again about putting water on it she refused again. So I told him to write out all he did and put in there that she refused for us to put water on it again, she signed.
