Yes, Customer called early in the morning and was told room not ready as people from night before were still in there and check out time was 11:am If she called back before 5:00, room may not have been ready, but it was, by 5:as listed on booking.com (see attached)
Hello, I am not sure if the complaint was opened again or if this is the continuation of the same complaintI had received a previous email that the owner of the Hotel was contacted and had stated that he did not agree with my complaintI had sent in my phone records in order to provide concrete evidence that I had reached out to the Hotel a number of times prior to our stay on 7/16/Please advise if this is the an error in the system or if the issue is being looked intoI would greatly appreciate a refundThank you [redacted]
