Above is a link from *** websiteThe board that the customer received is actually the exact same except it has the ADDED features of DVI/VGA. The boards are exactly the same and equivalent. The fact the owner was able
to find a board cheaper does not entitle them to a refund. The board was quoted and approved, the work was done and paid for. There is no complaints on the performance or the workmanship. The customer did not have to research and find the product, pay for shipping and risk that the new board could be defective when it arrived. As a vendor it is not unreasonable for us to add a markup to any specialty product that we order for replacement. We therefore will not issue a refund because the work we were hired to do was completed for the agreed price. Thank you, *** ***

It is against Microsoft licensing rules and copy write laws for us to install software not owned by the customer. The customer could not provide us with a license and upon examination of her computer on 2/21/the computer had been restored on 2/11/(a Saturday) by the client so there
was no way for us to see what version of Microsoft Office she may or may not of had. We offered to install what ever version she owns for free or sell her a copy at cost and install it for free. I am not sure what else we can do for her legally
