Review: I hired Old Reliable Pest to service my home inside and out. I did not enter or sign any agreement with them. It was pay at time of service and the service man was to call before arriving so I could let him into my home for service and pay him upon completion. The service man failed to call prior to arrival on several occasions so I was unaware to come home to let him, my interior wasn't serviced, there was no proof he was ever there, and he wasn't paid. Old Reliable then had a man call me to receive payment for times service wasn't paid for but he could furnish no explanation why the tech wasn't calling me prior or proof tech was there for the times they wanted to get paid for? We settled on the agreement that I wasn't paying for those instances and the tech was left strict instructions to call before coming from now on! Of course that didn't happen so I canceled their service but paid my account in full with the man on the phone and didn't use Old Reliable again! Now Old Reliable has sent those times when I wasn't called, my interior wasn't serviced and theres no proof he was ever at my home, to Collections! Collections calls me morning noon and night! If Old Reliable doesn't remove me from Collections and stop harassing me, when they failed to call before service but now everyone wants to call me, I'll sue them!Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a contract with Old Reliable. Old Reliable did not call prior to arrival as ordered to on multiple occasions. Old Reliable couldn't answer why they were failing to call before arriving so I could let them in. Old Reliable is charging for times they "claim" they services my exterior for failing to call and notify me they were coming so I could let them in to do the interior! Old Reliable has no proof they were ever there and weren't calling as directed but want payment, no! That's not how it works. Then they sent me to collections over $112! I will be gathering my evidence and suing Old Reliable for their failure to cooperate and call client prior to arrival as notated and recorded via my phone and no call to me as evidence on my phone record and no proof they were at my home for the time of services they are collecting for. Shame on Old Reliable! I've asked for the Colections company to cease-and-desist and Old Reliable failed to have them do that. I will also go to the news and social media and go after Old Reliable as they've gone after me for $112 they never services my home as they didn't call me to be let inside so I have no proof they were ever there! I've also asked for a copy of my contract with they don't have. Lying is an offense!

I am rejecting this response because: Over 6 services were paid for and not all were inside like expressed on every service, to call before to service inside. After 6 I was not obligated to anymore. Looking up Old Reliables numerous other complaints, we have more than enough people to go after this company for failure to comply, little to no communication, harassment, use of collections company improperly, etc. I do not owe this company anything. They were paid for every service rendered EVEN the ones where they failed to call prior to be let inside to treat.
