To Whom It May Concern: We have already agreed on refunding the funds for the vehicle in question. This conversation took place on the 24th of October. Our sales department went over and beyond to help this couple in need. This vehicle did pass MA Inspection legally. First we lowered thepurchase...

price by five hundred dollars and agreed to fix and repair the check engine and door handle which wasn't a problem from the beginning. The customer insisted and was willing to fix the door handle issue themselves. They had said that the parts were accessible at the junk yard.We have video and audio in our establishment to confirm these events that took place on the 19th of October (date of purchase).  Customer hadan appointment for Saturday to have the issues addressed and the customer was nasty to our staff and ugly words were exchanged. Customer hasrequested a refund but has not returned the vehicle back to our establishment. Customer is using a vehicle that they no longer want and we feel itmay be abused in this process. By law the mileage must be accounted for in the refund process. We require the vehicle to be returned immediatelyand the refund will take place when the title is presented there after. (((Please email back to confirm delivery of this response to the complaint))))) Thank youOld School Auto Sales[redacted]Tel:  [redacted]  Fax: [redacted]Hours of Operation:  Mon thru Sat 10:30am to 6pm

$500.oo of the original price. The radio and A/C was not completed because customer needed the vehicle sooner than expected therefore we could not complete the process. We have contacted the customer and have arranged an appointment this coming Saturday. At that time we will come through with a solution to this missunderstanding.
