To Whom It May Concern:This [redacted] with vin# [redacted] was purchased on 04/25/Customer has had the vehicle for over monthsThe [redacted] did pass Ma Inspection CorrectlyJust the body work that was done was more than half of the purchase price plus the salesman knocked off $500.oo of the original priceThe radio and A/C was not completed because customer needed the vehicle sooner than expected therefore we could not complete the process.We have contacted the customer and have arranged an appointment this coming SaturdayAt that time we will come through with a solution to this missunderstanding
